Hey mom!

Hey thanks for the letter! I love seeing all the photos. This was a really good week! We had 45 lessons again and 10 investigators in church. It’s so great. I’m so glad that you got my letter. I was wondering when that was going to arrive. I am glad it even got there, right? Man the mission is just so awesome! I’m so glad to be here. Sometimes we have hard days but I’m learning sooo much here. Man... This week we had an activity, a movie night. It was pretty fun. We watched The Croods and for me it was pretty funny the 2nd time and in Spanish. I’m so glad everything is going well. Sorry I don’t share that many stories I just don’t feel like there are any SUPER cool to tell. It’s all the little things together which makes it good. I know that I already told you but I cut my hair by myself and I cut the hair of my comp as well. That’s something pretty good,  right? I got a package from the Gibson family again! They are so awesome. It’s crazy how everyone is growing up. That’s great that Garrett was able to come over to the house. Thanks for everything mom! I love hearing from you guys! I’m super excited to hear from you guys every week and to Skype you next month. I got a letter from Nadine and wrote her back in Spanish and then I realized that we both will be able to talk in Spanish while you guys won’t understand us, ha. That’s going to be really funny right?.... Thanks for everything(:

Love,

Hey dad,

I got your letter. So how can they split the ward again? That is so crazy! That is awesome that you got the taxes taken care of. ……It is super hard to believe how fast time is going here. I am sure having a great time. I have thought about this a couple times but I actually do not know so much about your mission or the mission of mom. So this week was actually pretty great. Juanna got baptized. I was taking things kind of badly over the last couple week because of how hard we working with the ward being like it is. But this week I think I realized what the Lord was trying to teach. If everything thing goes good. We could have 5 baptisms coming up here. Since I have been here we have been working with someone named Jessica and she has been kind of hard because she was listening to the Jehovah Witnesses as well as us and every time we seemed to get her to feel the spirit she would talk to her husband and the testigos and it has been a crazy process. But we made her do something this week.  We told her to do various things and after the baptism of Juana she could decide.  After the baptism we pulled her into a room and talked about everything and she prayed on her knees with us and at the end we asked her how she felt and she said alot of things but over all she said she felt sure, which I never thought I would hear from her. So this week we are going to set a baptism date. That among with other things made it a pretty good week. But thanks for everything. I still have a lot of that birthday money you sent me. I have decided that I am going to buy my comp new shoes because he has been out only 2 months and his shoes are going fast because he bought crappy shoes. So yes, send me a box if you like. I would like some like pictures of everything so I can put them in my photo album. Well I can not think of anything to send me. If you see any great ties or something, I don’t know. I am excited to talk to you again in almost a month. Take care. Love ya guys(:

Hey dad!

Hey I am glad to hear everything is going well back home. Whats new? Good work with the school dad ha. Hey this week was pretty good I guess. We worked super super hard.  We ended up having 43 lessons this week ha! That’s ALOT. I think we broke the mission record and this week we contacted almost 100 people in the streets. We are trying things a little differently than the regular missionaries and I hope it goes good. So we hand out cards to the people we contact in the streets and Tuesday morning we went to a cyber and made a little message to post on the back of the cards to make them a little more effective. This week we had 7 investigators at church which was pretty good. We had to do everything in the book to get some of them to go to church. But we got 7 so that is pretty good. When you pray would you guys pray for Alfredo, Luddy,  Elidia, Jessica, Teresa, Luz, and Myra? They are our investigators that are progressing the most and are super close to baptism but there are certain things that are holding every one of them back. Thanks. Now for your questions. My favorite food down here is probably things called tacos de trumpo. They are a certain kind of taco with this really good meat, Ummm. They don’t really drink anything here to different. We drink Coke every day. And yes I work out every morning for about an hour. ………So nothing too exciting happened this week.  Give my love to everyone.

Hi mom!

This week was a kind of good but kind of bad. It had its ups and downs. We had  tons of lessons and worked really, really hard but this week not very many people went to church. But we are working on it. So there were changes today but I am not changing. I am with the Elder that I am training still and in Mante. It’s ok but I am kind of frustrated with the area. Because we are working so dang hard and being obedient but I feel there is just so much still to do. But we are working really good. But thanks for always supporting me and sending me letters Things happen every day but I just feel like none of it is like REALLY cool to tell. It is warming up here. My companion is really good. We are opposite in every way but its chill. I am learning so much from being here. Keep praying for me and helping me. I need all the prayers I can get here.
Love ya tons. Give everyone my love(:
